Executive Function Training for Educators

Join us for a dynamic, two-part training for educators interested in implementing the Unstuck and On Target! executive function curriculum with your students. The training will focus on how to implement Unstuck strategies and teaching methods in both general education and special education classrooms. The training will be led by Monica Adler Werner, co-author of the Unstuck and On Target! curriculum and Maurice Tome, DC Public School Teacher, who has implemented the curriculum and strategies with his students.

Unstuck and On Target! is an executive function intervention for children with High Functioning Autism and ADHD that has been proven as an effective intervention for improving student flexiblity and organization skills, as well as classroom behaviors. The curriculum is the effort of five years of collaboration between The Ivymount School and the Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders at Children's National Medical's Center.

*Fee: $75 per educator (covers both sessions)
