The 2014 Enabled by Design-athon brings together designers, technologists, engineers, students, people with a disability and disability service professionals to talk about new products or technologies that are more accessible, attractive and easier for everyone to use.

The schedule for the Design-athon keynote, sponsor appreciation, networking and a round of exciting lightning talks is as follows:


    05:30 PM Networking

    06:00 PM Welcome by UCP President & CEO, Stephen Bennett UCP's President & CEO Stephen Bennett will welcome attendees and give recognition to this year's Design-athon sponsors.

    06:15 PM Keynote Talk by Google Policy Counsel, Adrienne Biddings Adrienne Biddings, Policy Counsel for Google, Inc. in Washington, DC, will give an opening keynote talk.

    06:25 PM Lightning Talks Lightning talks will feature: John P.S. Salmen, AIA, President of Universal Designers & Consultants, Inc. Brett Heising, CEO & Founder of BrettApproved Maria Town, Blogger at CP Shoes and others

    07:30 PM Networking & Happy Hour Location TBD
