The District of Columbia Developmental Disabilities Council (DDC) and the Office of Disability Rights (ODR) cordially invite college and high school students with disabilities to participate in the 2015 Disability Mentoring Days program with the District of Columbia Government. The DDC and ODR are proud to coordinate this nationally recognized event which takes place on October 21, 2015 to commemorate National Disability Employment Awareness Month. The American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD) is the national sponsor of the event and we partner with AAPD to coordinate the event in Washington, DC. AAPD is a national, cross-disability membership organization promoting political and economic empowerment for all people with disabilities.
