The impacts of COVID-19 and uncertainty we all face is stressful. We at the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) know families have a lot of questions as we start this new school year. OSSE cares about and is committed to every student in DC, especially students with disabilities. We want to help parents and families of students with disabilities get answers to their questions.

Visit https://osse.dc.gov/page/special-education-resource-hub-what-families-students-need-know-year to access resources for families whose child:

Attends a school that is part of District of Columbia Public Schools
Attends a public charter school
Is placed in a nonpublic special education school
