This virtual event will consist of a panel specializing on evictions and tenant rights. The discussion will cover the reopening of the courts and the evictions process as well as PHE and post-PHE legislation. Representatives from D.C. Landlord Tenant Court, the United States Marshals Service, the District of Columbia Council as well as OTA staff will engage in an informative discussion on topics that have impacted tenants throughout the PHE. Lastly, a representative from the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development will provide a brief update on STAY DC outreach activities.
