Please join us for our next ILO Community Group presentation with Glen Lazovick, an ILO Board member and an expert in residential lending at a prominent mortgage brokerage firm to discuss financial options available to individuals with DD, rental vs purchase and the use of the Fannie Mae program. In addition to Glen's presentation, there will be a realtor present to share about affordable housing. Last but not least, Debbie Fickenscher (ILO Board and participating family member) will be presenting on how she used the Fannie Mae program and the HOC Voucher program to create sustainable housing for her daughter in Germantown, MD.
