A Mother's Rest is a non-profit which coordinates affordable respite retreats for parents and caregivers at bed and breakfast locations nationwide. These are casual and free-style, no-programming retreats designed for true, recuperative rest and fellowship with other moms who understand our life challenges. A Mother's Rest has five rooms left at the incredible Mark Addy Inn in Nellysford, VA for both solo moms and couples at our mid-week respite retreat September 30-October 3. *Moms and female caregivers of children and adults with disabilities, COUPLES, spouses of wounded veterans, special educators, and those caring for their own elderly parents are welcome to attend!
