Please join us for the 4th Annual Moving Forward Together Secondary Transition Community Fair and Forum on November 2 & 3, 2012. The DC Community is coming together to support youth and young adults with disabilities transitioning into employment, education, and independence.

There is no charge for this event! Advanced registration is required so don’t forget to click below to register and secure a spot! Please register and submit requests for reasonable accommodations by October 26, 2012.
